Eau de Parfum
Description
Fueguia 1833 Thays is an enchanting blend of unexpected, fruity florals — mate flowers and osmanthus — with a fresh note of green tea. It’s the fragrance that Dara (not typically a fragrance wearer) reaches for every single day.
Thays is inspired by Carlos Thays, a French-Argentine landscape architect who was passionate about native flora and worked extensively in Buenos Aires. One of his largest undertakings was the Parque Tres de Febrero, a sweeping plot of several square kilometers of open land filled with an abundance of trees, flowers, fountains, and monuments in the Barrio of Palermo.
This beautiful scent, an unusual floral with sensuality and freshness, captures the spirit of unique green parks created by Thays. With it, creator Julian Bedel imagined unexpected, improbable encounters of multiple scents. Its main note is the flower of the mate plant, the source of a treasured tea that is at the heart of a community ritual in the Argentine countryside. Its secondary note is osmanthus, a small evergreen plant native to Asia that produces clusters of small, powerfully apricot-scented flowers; green tea adds a third, fresh herbal note to the blend. We love this celebration of native flora, unexpected discoveries, and unusual combinations.
The full size (50 ml) is hand-filled in glass in Italy, then packaged by hand in Fueguia’s iconic wooden box. Each limited-edition batch of Thays is unique, and your bottle — one of only 400 just like it — will be engraved with a specific year and batch number.

How to Use
Apply perfume to areas where you feel your heartbeat, such as your wrist and neck. You can mist the perfume on the clothing, to let the scent remain longer. With eau de parfum, extrait de parfum and perfume, perfume is only worn on the skin, because oils need skin to retain fragrance. Cologne and Eau de toilette can be sprayed on clothing.
Note: If the perfume has a strong colour concentration, do not mist on light clothing.
